Benefit Exchange Program

Permanent 40 hr/wk position
All of the rights of a regular employee, including seniority protection

PAY
In exchange for waiving benefits except tuition reimbursement,
$27.56 per hour (with under 5 years experience)
$28.90 per hour (with 5 years experience)
$30.22 per hour (with 10 years experience)

Shift Differential
3p.m. - 11p.m. -> $2.25 per hour
11p.m. - 7a.m. -> $2.54 per hour

Weekend Pay
Saturdays & Sundays -> $3.00 per hour more

Holiday Pay
Time and one half (1 ½ ) regular pay for all hours worked on seven (7) name holidays

Tuition Remission Program
$3,000 annually -- $1,500 per semester

Unpaid Time Off
Four (4) weeks per year
One (1) week may be taken in days

Conversion
Nurse may transfer into a position earning benefits at any time
