James Esteves began his career at 8th and Girard in October 1978, as a Unit Clerk in the Department of Nursing, eventually moving to the Operating Room. In 1983 he transferred to the Business Office, where he worked as an Accounts Receivable Analyst for eight years. In 1990 James was asked to be the Business Office representative for the installation of the SMS Patient Management / Financial system. He found it such an enjoyable experience that he applied for a position in the Data Processing department. He is currently working as a Systems Engineer and Supervisor of the Help Desk.
