PLANNING AHEAD FOR YOUR DISCHARGE
A professional Social Worker can help you and your family get an important start on the many details involved in planning for your discharge, especially when you might need care following your hospitalization.

Our staff person can assist you and your family in making preparations for nursing homes, rehabilitation hospitals, and other community living arrangements and services. They are also there to help you and your family cope with any emotional, social, physical and financial concerns related to your hospitalization, contact Social Services at Extension 9138.

INSURANCE COVERAGE AND BILLING
A financial counselor is available for those individuals who may have questions regarding their bill or who are concerned about their ability to pay. The counselor can be reached at Extension 2063.
