 PATIENT RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Board of Directors of St. Joseph’s Hospital, in recognition that both healthcare providers and patients have certain rights and responsibilities, endorses the following statement of the Rights and Responsibilities of all our patients as set forth by the American Hospital Association and the Pennsylvania Department of Health.

Rights are applicable to patients of all ages including Neonates, Children and Adolescents and their Parents and/or necessary Guardians.
